NEWSWIRE | JUNE 12, 2013 – 3:06PM

Accelize, the industry leader in ultra-low latency, FPGA-based network processing cards and Enyx, a leading provider of turnkey FPGA-based solutions for trading firms, today announced immediate availability of a fully integrated, FPGA contained, trading platform aimed at financial firms looking for high performance trading solutions. The platform enables unparalleled tick-to-trade latency by integrating every element of the trading flow into a single PCI Express low profile FPGA board that will easily fit into any standard server.

The combined trading platform is based on the Accelize XP5S620LP FPGA network interface card (NIC) running Enyx’s FPGA trading application. It features:

· Real-time market data acquisition over 10Gb Ethernet

· UDP decode and A/B line arbitration inside the FPGA

· Normalization and book building inside the FPGA

· High-speed transfer over PCIe to the server’s trading engine, using Enyx’s PCIe Fast Path acceleration API

· Order flow out to the wire through the FPGA built-in full hardware 10GbE TCP stack

In terms of latency, Enyx trading platform offers a deterministic latency of 1.2µs from fiber to application for the market data access and another 1.2µs from the application to the wire to send an order using a kernel bypass and an embedded TCP stack.

The platform currently supports the CME markets and can be customized for other Options and Futures markets such as Eurex and others.

“Accelize provides a range of FPGA-programmable Network Interface Cards and the supporting IP infrastructure required to enable customers and partners like Enyx to build complete turnkey trading platforms easily and seamlessly.” stated Stephane Hauradou, CTO for Accelize. He adds “This ease of integration is a key differentiator for the Accelize FPGA NICs, giving them a real advantage over the competition.”

According to Arnaud Derasse, CEO of Enyx, “As the first vendor to offer Market Data Processing and Order entry on a single FPGA board to achieve a wire to wire latency of less than 2.4µs, it is crucial to us to be able to deliver a turnkey solution that will seamlessly fits in our customers’ infrastructure.” He further adds “Accelize’s FPGA cards are low-profile and do not require external power which makes integration much easier in trading servers”.

PARIS, France 15 April 2013 — Enyx is pleased to announce its FPGA solution for CME Group data feeds has been selected by Quincy Data, LLC for its industry-leading “QED” microwave-based market data service. The QED service sources data from multiple exchanges and delivers a normalized and integrated feed to exchange matching engine colocation and proximity data centers.

Enyx’s CME certified FPGA market data solution provides Quincy with wire-to-software latency of less than 1.5 microseconds (µs). This result is deterministic and includes decoding, filtering and normalization (wire-to-wire is less than 1.2µs). “We have achieved latencies impossible with software-based feed handler solutions,” remarked Arnaud Derasse, co-founder and CEO of Enyx, “we are delighted to have met the exacting standards of the Quincy Data team to enable them to extend the lead as the fastest known CME market data service available in New Jersey colos.”

Quincy Data, LLC leverages best-in-class technologies and providers. “We now achieve significantly improved deterministic latencies particularly during the worst bursts of market data where ENYX performs to perfection.” says Stéphane Tyc, co-founder of Quincy Data, “This upgrade is part of our constant improvement process for the QED service: more data, more locations, greater determinism, lower latency, enhanced reliability.”

The ENYX FPGA solution supports all major US markets and its functionality supports book building for all equities markets.

Enyx has also currently started developing a CME iLink order entry platform in FPGA. Target for certification is May and this would bring the whole CME round-trip (including market data and iLink) to less than 3 micro-s. More information is available on request.

Paris, France and Sydney, Australia – February 6, 2013 – Enyx leader in FPGA accelerated market data feeds is expanding commercial coverage into Asia during 2013. Connectivity to Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE Arrowhead) is already available with KRX (Korean Options and Futures), HKex Orion (HK Equities and Derivatives) and ASX Itch (Australian Equities and options) in development for delivery to clients during 2013.

To support the growth in requirements for its products and services, Enyx is establishing a local presence in the region. “Asia is a key trading hub with high performance trading continuing its growth as Exchanges update their infrastructure to take advantage of low latency trading” says Arnaud Derasse, CEO at Enyx. He continued “We are committed to the region and delivering FPGA solutions that are providing real improvements for firms connecting to the Asian exchanges and trading venues”

Nicolas Karonis has been recruited as Managing Director for the APAC region. Initially based in Sydney, Nicolas will be responsible for the growth of the business and the establishment of the Asian operations team to cover client support and project management during trading hours in the Asian time zone. Nicolas brings close to 20 years’ experience in the electronic trading industry working in Paris, Tokyo and Sydney. As CTO with GL Trade in Asia, he supervised the growth of exchange connectivity to over 20 electronic markets in Asia. Nicolas has always been a driving force for the adoption new technology geared towards high performance. During the last 2 years Nicolas has led a variety of low latency and FPGA initiatives.

“Asia is increasingly becoming a major market for systematic machine driven trading. The major exchanges in Japan, Korea, HK, Australia and Singapore have invested recently in major upgrades of their trading platforms. Most other exchanges in Asia have equally promising projects. Now is the perfect time to bring Enyx’s technologies to Asia to enable algo trading or market making firms to benefit from a best in class solution for data feeds. Our FPGA based data feed handler delivers data to the consuming application in less than 1.5 micro-s.

SAN JOSE, Calif. – Jun 14, 2012 — ACCELIZE, the industry leader in ultra-low latency FPGA-based network processing platforms and ENYX, a leading provider of turnkey FPGA-based solutions for trading firms, today announced a partnership aimed at providing acceleration solutions to the financial services industry. The combination of ACCELIZE ultra-low latency FPGA network adapter cards and infrastructure building blocks (IP) and ENYX financial expertise, FPGA design expertise, and finance-specific building blocks (IP) will enable their joint customers to design and deploy customized ultra-low latency FPGA based trading, basket pricing and pre-trade risk solutions whether they are FPGA experts or not.

Current ENYX turnkey solutions based on ACCELIZE FPGA platforms already enable customers to achieve sub-microsecond latency market data processing and order execution and provide orders of magnitude superior performance for algorithmic trading, as compared to conventional software-based and hybrid approaches. By providing all of the key components needed for building high-end FPGA-based solutions, ENYX and ACCELIZE are jointly defining the standards required to succeed in any FPGA-based development.

ENYX CEO Arnaud Derasse stated “ENYX is concentrating on delivering solutions with the best quality to enable the best user experience ever seen using FPGAs. This is why we are requiring the same level of quality for the hardware platforms we use. We are glad to announce this partnership today, between two companies sharing the same values and strategic view. We anticipate that the move from software to hardware in latency-sensitive domains such as finance will require a market shift to standardized and widely-used pre-integrated hardware IP cores and board solutions.”

According to Stephane Hauradou, VP of ACCELIZE “ACCELIZE creates leading FPGA network platforms, focused on providing ease of integration and a quick time-to-design for our worldwide customer base. By partnering with an innovative company like ENYX, we can bring more specialized solutions to market, in particular to the financial services industry, increasing customer satisfaction and reducing their time-to-market.”

See ACCELIZE and ENYX at SIFMA 2012:
ACCELIZE and ENYX will be presenting their combined solutions at the SIFMA Financial Services Technology Forum & Expo, booth #1850, June 19 to June 20, 2012 in New York, NY. For more information on the conference, please visit http://www.sifma.org/expo2012.
